OutLoud Sports Festival 2024 brings together LGBTQ+ athletes and guests from across the country, competing in 7 different sports and activities. The largest festival of its kind on the West Coast, we are proud to bring together men, women, theys, and others, to play, socialize, enjoy West Hollywood night life, and celebrate our community.
West Hollywood represents the largest queer+ recognized city in the world, and OutLoud Sports is the largest queer+ sports league in the world, formed and founded in Los Angeles.
We had a tremendous partnership in 2023, and look to continue it.

We are providing alternate opportunities for adults, of all ages, to find their inner child, win trophies and medals, compete in energetic and confidence building sports, and raising awareness to the LGBTQ+ involvement in the sports world.
Los Angeles/West Hollywood, has supported OutLoud Sports for 17 years, as we have worked with over 17,000 players and athletes, in this city. Bringing everyone together for a weekend of fun and excitement is a positive win for our community. Not withstanding the revenue bump to the hotels, businesses and nightlife in the community.

City Facility Use (if yes, which facility and room, as applicable), Promotion of the event via the City’s communication channels, Validated parking at a City Lot (if yes, which City parking lot or parking facility), Fee waivers for ancillary City permits that may be required for the event (e.g., Special event permit, building and safety permit, encroachment permits, etc.), Monetary Support. Not all Co-Sponsorships will include monetary support from the City. Please keep in mind, public funds must be used to support the community, must serve a public purpose, and requests will be reviewed in accordance with all applicable laws. The request must explain how this funding would be used to cover direct program costs. Funds are disbursed on a reimbursable basis after the provision of suitable expenditure documentation (e.g., receipts).
