Increased construction of new apartment buildings has increased the amount of vehicles in the area. Street parking affected by nearby newly built apartments and future built apartments.. Requesting that street parking be permited for residents of the street only. Second concern is with more vehicles parked on the street and especially higher profile vehicles which obstruct views of the road, speeding vehicles is harder to see and anticipate and causes near misses. Speed undulations would help limit speeding vehicles.
