Employees are given a cash incentive on an annual basis depending on their total trips to work without a car. The value ranges from $120-$500. Those in a 2-3 person carpool must have a minimum of 182 trips ($120) or 228 trips ($250). Those who walk , bike, or use public transit must have a minimum of 114 trips ($250) 182 trips ( $400) or 228 trips for ($500).
