Rather than generating a receipt, the printed page should serve as a permit. This eliminates the need for preparing and mailing a separate permit. To enhance efficiency, payments made on Clear Forms should automatically populate and update expired permits to active status. We require a batching feature to display all payments, delinquent accounts, and expired permits categorized by area. For instance, under the "RECENT ACTIVITY" heading, we propose a drop-down menu that batches payments upon completion and provides the total collections to date. Additionally, the export function should offer selective options for printing specific columns, avoiding the need to send the entire report to Excel.
