| Describe your idea and how it can help Santa Monica | Lupn is a smart communication platform for cities and organization built to inform about news and events and strengthen the local economy. Focusing on reducing the fuss and chaos of mailers, e-newsletters and printed material, Lupn is based on the two following components: • Smart mobile app for city residents to quickly check the latest city news and calendar of events with filtering and personalization ensuring access to the most relevant content. Once local businesses join the platform, residents will be able to accumulate points to exchange to discounts. • Ultra-simple website for city administration to create, send and track announcements (news, events, etc). Announcement metrics allow city administration and local businesses to take well-informed steps to increase residents engagement. |

We are also looking for funding. |
