| Scope of Work Project Description |
Construction of Phase 1 of a Temporary Parking Field located at Lot 14 of the Hazelwood Green development. Construction will include the parking lot, entry/exit gates, site lighting, EV charging stations, stormwater infrastructure to an existing stormwater pond, and landscaping. The project is under review by the Planning Department under DCP-ZDR-2023-06766 and associated Land Operations Permit PLI-LO-2023-13807. The constructed BMP that will serve the parking has been analyzed for both the Phase 1 and Phase 2 conditions, and has adequate capacity in both conditions. No connections to existing PWSA-owned storm, sanitary, or water structures or pipes are proposed for this project.
