| Describe your concern | Cars traveling south from Duarte Road or cars traveling north on 8th Avenue from Arcadia are speeding on 8th Avenue in Monrovia. It's very dangerous for foot traffic and residents on 8th Ave., Monrovia. 8th Avenue in Monrovia is very heavily populated. I am requesting a street study. By the time cars reach my house from either north or south, they are traveling around 40 + mph. It's very unsafe. This is a public safety issue. |
