Please submit three (3) stapled hard copy sets of latest architectural/plumbing plans to our office in Alpharetta and logon to: https://go.citygrows.com/fulton-county-water-services/ to pay $250.00 CWD permit fee, upload all required documents, and complete the approval process. Pumping frequency will be quarterly.
After completing steps above you may call 404-612-9030 / 404-612-9421 for an appointment to obtain the CPT permit and approved plans.
