| Describe your idea and how it can help Santa Monica | My new app is a fun new way to bring dog lovers together, Santa Monica is a great outdoor active community where their furry friends are family. We plan on doing good as well! We have plans in place to help raise money for the shelters through our app, we also are looking to create fun social dog mixers that we can hold in Santa Monica getting our users to local dog friendly locations. In addition, we have a feature in the app that will help connect our users to brick and mortar shops that feature dog retail, it's called Doggy Deal of the Day. We feel it's a win win, a fun way for singles to connect, also we will help connect the local retail shops with our huge base of users. |

| What needs to happen to launch your product? Please list all resources (hardware, software, licensing, legal/regulatory, funding, partnership or support from the City, data, etc.) required to launch your program. | Currently we are in the 20 yard line to launching our app. Completed 1. IOS version is complete and already approved by Apple 2.We are about 50%complete with our Android version (My CTO says we should have the android version finished by mid December. 3. We have bootstrapped most of this project, but we are currently selling off 5% of the company at a half a million evaluation. I'm meeting with an investor next week that is very interested. The 25,000 that we bring in off of the 5% would put us in the clear for an early 2018 launch. We are thinking Jan/Feb. 4.As soon as we have the 25K in the bank and the android version finished we're prime to get our app launched. |
| How realistic is it for your idea to be implemented by early 2018? Please describe what resources (if any) you will need in order to ensure a working product by early next year. | The only thing that could hinder our launch is if we don't secure the initial $25,000. That will be the launching point for hiring our selected pr firm (FreshPR) Creating some commercial adds and other social media content, along with upgrading our website. |
