| Describe your idea and how it can help Santa Monica | For leaders in city government who need to make decisions affecting numerous stakeholders, Choose Views acts as a tool to create transparency, so as to create trust and minimize divisiveness. It does so by structuring and presenting to stakeholders proposals for changes that effect them. Stakeholders then express their views using sliders and view the current consensus views graphically, with the ability to revise their views so long as the proposal is active. Leaders are then able to see whether outreach or changes to their proposal are needed to address people's concerns. |
