| Describe your idea and how it can help Santa Monica | Healora connects doctors and patients in a direct pay relationship that saves up to 70% for healthcare procedures. Employees with high deductibles who are putting off procedures can now afford to get them done. Doctors who want to spend more time with patients and earn a reasonable income can make more with less administrative burden. Employers can reduce healthcare costs significantly while helping their employees be happier, healthier and more productive. |

| What needs to happen to launch your product? Please list all resources (hardware, software, licensing, legal/regulatory, funding, partnership or support from the City, data, etc.) required to launch your program. | We need money to complete marketing for our pilot in Los Angeles County. We are working with Employers, Surgery Centers, (Indedpendent) Third Party Administrators, Benefit Consultants for self-insured Employers and Direct Primary Care physicians who specialize in catering to a directpay model. We need to build out our sales team and focus all dollars on developing solid relationships in each of these channels to drive customer traffic. |

Please describe what resources (if any) you will need in order to ensure a working product by early next year. | 100% We have a fully functioning site with a proven functionality with a handful of patients. If the wave of pent-up demand rolls into us we may need to make some of the site components more robust, however, I focus now is on customer acquisition. |
