| Please Describe the Incident Thoroughly | I was driving speed limit down Eastern ave in Chelsea Massachusetts around 11:00 a.m and went over a terrible pot hole that clearly shown in the images should have been barricaded, I knew as soon as I heard the noise that there was damage to my vehicle I drove for another few minutes to my destination and got out to look and my tire had a bubble the size of a tennis ball on the side of it, I then went to a tire shop where they helped put my donut on my car. Where they told me my tire was no good and my rim was cracked. Once the tire was on I proceeded the same day to go to Everett’s auto to purchase a used tire. I noticed the next day while driving clunky noise coming from the right side where my tire had been damaged and decided to send my car to a mechanic where I could get further inspection and it turns out the pot hole caused more damage than I expected where it needed repair. Ima sling that you take then into full consideration when making your decision for my claim because I was not at fault. I have receipts and images. |
