Scope of Work Project Description |
The scope of utility work involves the installation of the following: 18 LF of 8-in DIP water line to act as fire service for the proposed building, which will connect to an existing 12-in water main in Blair Street; 16.5 LF of 6-in DIP water line to act as domestic service for the proposed building, which will tee off the proposed 8-in fire service water line; 12-in private storm pipe to connect to existing PWSA storm line in Lytle Street with a proposed 12-in wye; 18-in private storm pipe to connect to existing PWSA storm line in Lytle Street with a proposed 18-in wye; 10-in private storm pipe to connect to existing PWSA storm line in Blair Street with a proposed 10-in wye; additional 10-in private storm pipe to connect to existing PWSA storm line in Blair Street with a proposed 10-in wye; proposed 48-in storm doghouse manhole to be owned by PWSA to be installed in existing PWSA storm line in Blair Street; 6-in private sanitary pipe to connect to existing PWSA sanitary line in Blair Street with a proposed 6-in wye; 6-in private sanitary pipe to connect to existing tap in sanitary line in Lytle Street. The PWSA Tap-In plans associated with this project are currently in the process of being approved (PWSA application number TAP-156-0323). The construction of the doghouse manhole will involve a PCoPF agreement.
