In addition to usage of the venue we would request that we be permitted to use the sound system, projector and lighting system on site. Additionally, we would request access to chairs for audience and long tables to set up informational booths about our nonprofit organization and arts programing. Lastly, we would request technicians to operate sound and lighting. If this cannot be provided we would like to amend our request to include a monetary amount of $1500. This will allow us to hire cable technicians for the performance and tech rehearsals.
