| Please Describe the Incident Thoroughly | There are quite a few potholes in and around the city and I'm always continuously looking for parking here and have went over them many times and the one in particular that I have went over several times is located near the home Depot in Chelsea and this cause damage to my tire. I had stayed the night over my partners and when I went out to my car which was parked right across from the Chelsea Police station it was completely flat. I have provided picture evidence below and if anything else is needed I can submit that. I am always driving around Chelsea almost everyday. |
