Contractor will provide engineering plans to meet minimum requirements of City Santa Monica Ordinance No. 2537 Mandatory Earthquake Hazard reduction in Existing Wood Frame Buildings with Soft, Weak, or Open Front Walls (“Ordinance”) and get such plans approved by the city (“Plans”). Contractor will furnish all work, labor, tools, equipment, materials, supervision, scheduling, coordination, and contract administration necessary to construct and complete in a good, expeditious, and workmanlike manner the seismic improvements described in the Plans (“Work”) to the Project. The “Project” is the building located at 1449 Princeton St, Santa Monica, CA 90404.
