Describe your concern |
We have a critical mass of children ten years old and under playing together on our street (hitting a high number of 11 kids altogether in recent weeks). Historically, vehicles use El Nido as a convenient corridor between Foothill and Hillcrest as it sits at the dogleg of Hillcrest. Most people that live on the street take great caution driving up and down, however we quite often have vehicles speeding/accelerating beyond any safe limit especially with consideration of children and animals that live here. The direction of speeding vehicles is most often heading north from Foothill to Hillcrest, although folks do sometimes speed heading south more often in the earlier part of the day.
