Very commonly used North/South, high speed. less traffic than Mayflower or Magnolia, but there has been at least 1 major accident in the last year that we have lived on this block. There are also 2 churches on this block as well as Monroe Elementary School. I understand that adding stop signs causes some level of congestion, as cars need to stop and go as they get to their destinations, but Lime Ave placement is a good mid-point between Colorado and Foothill to minimize speeds and provide a safe resident crossing route for the community, especially surrounding the Library and downtown areas
