Illegal parking in the alley way between Evergreen and Pomona near 266 E. Evergreen Ave. This alley way is the only entrance to everyone's gated garage, car ports driveways for California Ave. residents and 2 homes 1 on Evergreen and another on Pomona. My 81 year old mother has a difficult time driving into her parking area because of cars always parked in front of her gate or in the alley way entrances. We have started to alert police and they are issuing citations but still people park in the alleyway. We think that No Parking signs may be very beneficial and help alleviate cars being parked illegally impeding access to property's gated parking areas. In addition, my mother cannot ever find a place to put her trash cans due to the cars being in the alley. Trash trucks have a difficult time making their way through and the street sweeper won't even attempt anymore. Please help us alleviate and fix this ongoing issue, we all need to work toghether.
