Disability Community Resource Center (DCRC) is a community-based, non residential, nonprofit organization, Independent Living Center (ILC) serving Los Angeles County through peer support, crisis intervention and trauma informed care. We are dedicated to connecting intersectional people with disabilities to resources and advocacy tools; promoting disability pride; and building self-determined lives across the lifespan. . DCRC provides services to members including Information and Referral Services, Employment Support, Housing Assistance, Personal Assistance, Peer Counseling, Advocacy Support, Independent Living Skills, Transportation Services, Benefits Assistance, Assistive Technology, and the Home Secure Program (HSP).

DCRC has a contract with the City of West Hollywood to provide Independent Living Services as well as other services to residents of West Hollywood. We serve a significant number of members who identify as LGBTQ and are active in the this Community. Many of these members request resources, referrals, advocacy tools and other services to organizations within the LGBTQ Community.

DCRC has had a successful contract with the City of West Hollywood for over 6 years connecting intersectional people with disabilities and older adults to resources, referrals, and advocacy tools. We collaborate with a number of organizations in and around the City of West Hollywood and often participate in city-wide programs and events.

To inform constituents of the City of West Hollywood about DCRC and to promote the services and programs at DCRC and to enroll eligible residents who would benefit from our services.
