| Please briefly describe your organization/group and its mission or purpose: | Test and treat patients living with or without HIV/ AIDS. We help and support many social justice groups and help to try advocate for those living with HIV/ AIDS. |

| Please briefly describe the Organization/Group's connection to LGBTQ Pride | We provide our services in 17 states throughout the US. In most large gay communities where the need of our services are high. Proud sponsor of LA pride , Long Beach pride, Miami pride and many more throughout the US. |
| Please briefly describe the Organization/Group's connection to West Hollywood | We do have a pharmacy in West Hollywood and a thrift store out of the closet that help to support our local community residents. We offer free HIV testing and also now run a Prep clinic at our WEHO pharmacy. |
