Our non profit organization is dedicated to the publication, adoption and enforcement of the original Equal Rights Amendment which would provide equality to all Americans regardless of sex.

The ERA would stop the legal attacks on the LGBTQ communities as it would provide all Americans with equality regardless of sex or gender identity. It is the necessary next step to make our Constitution more inclusive and equal for all.

EQUAL MEANS EQUAL has a long and fond history with the City of West Hollywood, who has supported us and our work for over a decade. Recently the City gave EME a proclamation recognizing the 100th anniversary of the ERA.
