This property is a residential house. It is adjacent to a slope on the east-south side. Sometime in late spring 2022, a localized landslide occurred at the top portion of the slope which is close to the rear left corner of the house. To stabilize the slope, the owner and contractor plan to build a retaining wall. Please review the attached (1) site plan and (2) location of the proposed wall.
In PLI review record, PLI mentions that "Approval by PWSA is required for all land ops permits. PWSA to review effects on stormwater drainage and impacts on water/sewage infrastructure."
The retaining wall will be constructed at the top portion of the slope by the rear left corner of the house. Preliminary field investigations indicate that public stormwater drainage systems do not exist there. Thus it is believed that the work will not impact the water/sewage infrastructure.
However, in order to be sure, PLI asked us to get PWSA approval.
To submit the PWSA land operation permit review app requires a plan that shows all water, sewer, and storm lines near the project location.
Would you help us to get info of all water, sewer and stormwater line near the project location?
