| Please Describe the Incident Thoroughly | I was driving on third st on to Everett Avenue in Chelsea mass I took a left merging on the Tobin Bridge. All of a sudden I hit a pothole that was unnoticeable, this was approximately 8:15at night. I had to pull over on the top of bridge with a flat tire a dent rim and it was dangerous and dark.
