Casey Foundation, etc. Budget/fiscal oversight and management (up to $8 million dollars) includes annual budget planning and revision, fiscal analysis and budget updates; have created or revised operational, organizational, and personnel policies and procedures at the program and organizational levels; prepared quarterly/periodic/requested reports and conducted internet-based research; cataloged various inventories and insured the maintenance of building(s) and capital/equipment. For two+ years I was D.C. Fire and Emergency Medical Services Department’s Agency Purchase Card Program Coordinator, where I managed 18 – 21 credit cards disbursed throughout the Department. I was knowledgeable of all policies/procedures associated with program; examined suspicious transactions; provided information sessions and guidance to cardholders; and drafted responses to official inquiries concerning suspected credit card misuse. During this period I was also D.C. Fire’s Minority Business Liaison, where I monitored, reported and provided guidance to the Department regarding expendable budget compliance with local minority businesses, and represented the Department to the District’s Department of Small and Local Business Development.
