OutLoud Sports is the nation's largest, premiere Queer+ recreational sports organization. We originated in Los Angeles 16 years ago, and have never hosted a tournament or sport festival in LA. We host 3-6 annual tournaments nationally ranging from 200 to 1500 people.
Our Sports Festival has been hosted in San Diego for the past 6 years to great success. This year, however, my staff and I felt that it was time to bring an event to our city and celebrate our culture, our sporting community, our queer+ community and naturally, celebrate the largest queer+ city in the world.
Los Angeles is home to 1500 OutLoud players per week in Kickball, Dodgeball, Soccer, Flag Football, Tennis, Bowling and Sand Volleyball. We want to bring attention to them, with players from across America.

OutLoud Sports has been a passive partner of West Hollywood for 15 years. We've been a partner of Gym Sportsbar, Revolved, Hitops, Bayou and Flaming Saddles (in it's time). We've worked with businesses ranging from the Men's Health Foundation, APLA Health and AHF, to Cousin's Maine Lobster, Fresh Brothers Pizza, Kitchen 24 and Mistr. Our players bring daily revenue into the city, and more so, bring a unique, non-discriminatory social space for anyone (queer or otherwise) to socialize, build confidence, stay active, and connect with their queer+ energy.
The city will benefit from hotel dollars (we are partnering with the Ramada), nightlife dollars (we plan to work with Gym, Heart, HiTops, Stache and Bayou), restaurant dollars (we are working Weho Tourism), and promotional dollars (400-500 guests travelling from outside the city/state to visit).
Weho will be our epicenter for the celebration, and we want to engage the city as much as possible.

Not all Co-Sponsorships will include monetary support from the City. Please keep in mind, public funds must be used to support the community, must serve a public purpose, and requests will be reviewed in accordance with all applicable laws. Funds are disbursed on a reimbursable basis after the provision of suitable expenditure documentation (e.g., receipts).
