Cars are speeding on foothill blvd. Our house is located on the slope so cars come up and down on foothill fast. It is hard to cross the cross walk there because cars don't slow down for pedestrians! They are going too fast to even pay attention to the cross walk sign! lt is hard to pull out from sunset pl to go west because of the speeding and no middle lane. There was a time when a car was waiting to turn into sunset pl from foothill, the car behind couldn't stop in time and hit the back of it. There were accidents in the intersection of N Sunset Pl and W foothill Blvd. Especially when the traffic lights on foothill are all green during evening and early morning hours, people are speeding. We saw the city has put up speed limit signs from time to time but it doesn't make any difference. Can the city install speed bumps/humps?
