The proposed project is a Recreational Center with a small area for the City of Pittsburgh Archives office space. The facility will have public community event space as well as community organization office space. The proposed building will have a 6” water service and it is currently undetermined if a fire system will be required. PWSA noted that there are scheduled water main projects in Crucible Street and Chartiers Avenue for 2023. No proposed changes to sanitary service. The project will reuse an existing tap however replace existing storm line.
