All the proposals predate the dates outlined in the program rules so we do not qualify for the design portion of the rebate.!we would like to just move forward with the construction portion which we delayed in order not apply for the rebate

Case : Less than 3

Please explain : Long before we know about this rebate program we interviewed several companies from which we chose one to act as a single source for all services required for the retrofit. It was our opinion that this was the best way forward. Cal Retrofit was the most responsive so we chose to partner with them. They provided the engineering which was submitted to the city for approval before the deadline after which we might have qualified for the engineering portion of the rebate program if we had known about it.
