At school drop off and pick up times, it can feel like Court St is a free for all. You have cars coming from both directions, cars parked, families walking, kids walking by themselves. Poor visibility from the alley as cars trying to turn on Court St from the alley. Cars are speeding and running through the stop signs. Then you reach Highland and cars are speeding through even when they see children waiting to cross. Something needs to be done to control the speeding on Highland and most importantly maybe Court St can be one way during school hours.
