Initiated measures that improved the existing work and caseload functions that increased staff practices. Planned and organized the workload/activities for the unit and assigned to staff. Established and maintained regular and frequent contacts with internal team members, policy staff, interstate agents, branch staff, court staff that facilitated the collection of case data, solve problems, address discrepancies, and activate cases. Interpreted and analyzed policies to guide my judgment in dealing with urgent, complex, and sensitive interstate problems that assisted branch or interstate agents in obtaining pertinent information, set hearing dates, obtain paternity results which enhanced enforcement efforts. Liaison between Virginia and interstate caseworkers, to solve case problems that generated/increased revenue, stimulated idle cases, collection/adjustments of arrears, locate parents, set court hearings, initiate bench warrants, etc. Conducted conference calls to settle escalated disputes between the workers. For extreme measures, correspond with directors to obtain resolutions. Trained and developed staff in procedures and case/document processes. Developed training manual and updated monthly based on federal clearinghouse. Conducted refresher training sessions to address those changes. Conferred with manager to formulate and implement new office processes that facilitated daily practices. Composed production reports that promoted positive annual performance evaluations.

Analyzed and collected enforcement reports, documented files, hearing decisions, tariffs, registrations, and insurance history that facilitated consultations, meetings, hearings and to make logical and sound decisions involving problems and changing situations. Interpreted the hearings actions and decisions to clients, branch staff, and customer service reps. Testified in administrative hearings in the absence of Case Manager.
