Interpreted and analyzed policies to guide my judgment in dealing with urgent, complex, and sensitive interstate problems that assisted branch or interstate agents in obtaining pertinent information, set hearing dates, obtain paternity results which enhanced enforcement efforts. Liaison between Virginia and interstate caseworkers, to solve case problems that generated/increased revenue, stimulated idle cases, collection/adjustments of arrears, locate parents, set court hearings, initiate bench warrants, etc. Conducted conference calls to settle escalated disputes between the workers.
