If not, please explain why SKS is a Design Build company whose bid was inclusive of all additional site inspections where the others would up charge for engineer inspections. the difference between the 2nd lowest bid was only $1,620 . when you add back engineering inspections the cost would exceed SKS's bid . Also, its best to keep both engineering and construction in house as , if not, one can blame the other.
