| Please describe your dance style: | Lake Erie Belly Dance is Erie's professional, multi-genre, belly dance troupe. Founded in 2009 and celebrating its 10th anniversary serving the Erie Community with regular belly dance classes, workshops, and live performances throughout the city and its wonderful festivals. Lake Erie Belly Dance strives to promote positive body image and a celebration of the ancient art form of belly dance through a combination of high energy interactive workshop demonstrations for both children and adults, as well as family friendly professional belly dance shows. Styles taught and performed include traditional Egyptian style, American Tribal style, and modern belly dance / hip hop / jazz fusions. |
