| Describe your concern | This stretch of Alta Vista is used as a main thoroughfare for residents who live in Hidden Valley and the surrounding foothills above Mayflower Elementary School. Cars will speed up and down the road unchecked as there are no elements in place to either dissuade or prevent speeding on this street. The city of Monrovia should address the speed issue on this elementary school street that is heavily used for pickup and drop off of children. The installation of speed humps or the use of a speed detector would slow drivers down. |
