| Please Describe the Incident Thoroughly | On July 27, 2022 I was driving through Chelsea on Williams St, Beacham St, and Market St. Some of the directions I was forced to drive down because of being directed to by police officers. There was construction being done on the roads. There were no signs to avoid where the tar was being put down and the police were directing traffic to drive through the working areas. As a result large parts of the right side of my car were destroyed.(I have photos and did call this day) |
