| Please Describe the Incident Thoroughly | To whom it may concern, The Thomas Martin Lofts, located at 204 Spencer Avenue sustained substantial damage during a recent repair of the sidewalk, located on Webster Avenue, at the corner of Webster Ave and Spencer Avenue, in front of the entry to the former 49 Webster Avenue entrance (currently the side entrance to 204 Spencer Avenue) which occurred the week of October 17- 23, 2022. The retaining wall of 204 Spencer Avenue, located on Webster Avenue at the corner of Webster Avenue and Spencer Avenue, as well as the steps, banisters, and handrails located on Webster Avenue at the corner of Webster Avenue and Spencer Avenue, sustained damage during this repair of the sidewalk. Photos of the damage are attached. Please advise on next steps to be taken to ensure damage is repaired in a timely manner. Thank you, 204 Thomas Martin Loft Condominium Trustees |
