We have already have a free lunch program in place for all employees. Those who are in our "Green Commuter" Program and commute to the office in a green fashion at least 16 days per month, get access to the lunch picks 15 minutes before all other employees. It's a HUGE incentive!

We currently have an employee recognition program (The Cudos Program), where rewards are given for jobs or tasks. We will create a "Green Commuter Award" where those active on the program will receive 20 Cudos ($10.00) each month they are on the program. The participants can spend the Cudos in our Cudos store, that contains everything from gift cards to electronics to amusement park tickets.
