| Reason for Leaving | I feel as if I'm not getting the training, I need to be successful at my career. They gave me an FTO who just graduated the academy last year, he curses at me when I make a mistake and when I don't know something or don't remember something, he tells me to figure it out. One of mt Sergent's told me 2 weeks ago some pf my peers were hoping that I would fail. And with not getting the training i need to be sucessful without him cursing at me and my peers hoping I would fail. It has made me lose motivation for working at that department. |
