Prior to my current job, I ran EMS (Intermediate-Medic) and trained in TCCC with other specialized EMS roles that were relevant to this job as a Police Officer, such as Active Shooter. I also maintained DCJS Certification as an Armed Security Officer with Arrest Authority. These are currently expired, but the skillset is still there. I've maintained my interest in marksmanship, VA Law, and new developments in my time outside of being a First Responder. I've spent several years now managing people and learning to communicate in the best or worst scenario's to achieve the best outcome. I hope for an opportunity to discuss
