Contractor must complete items A-D listed on "additional requirements" section of the ENC permit. Sidewalk closure per approved traffic control plan. Protect pedestrians at all times. No work shall be done on 9/28 due to overlapping SCE work, contractor was made aware. Preconstruction meeting and final inspection is required
