I believe in delivering my best. Plan, develop, and conduct program analyses of moderate scale and impact, e.g. interrelated programs with closely related clerical and technical, scientific, or professional functions and operations, concerning all aspects of current or projected learnings in LMS365 for actual or potential effectiveness in achieving planned goals and objectives within a moderate sized self-contained activity or equivalent portion of a department or larger activity. Communicate information to management for effective evaluation of program operations and milestones. Analyze, extract, and summarize, and identify significant trends and issues. Estimates program requirements and prepare programmatic reports (using Peoplesoft Navigation). Conduct program surveys (Smartsheet), audits, projects, etc. and provides advisory service to management officials regarding complex programs in a moderate size field activity or equivalent portion of and significant departures from established work operations. Review and interpret new and established directive, instructions, regulations, etc. for potential impact program’s objective, operating policies, work operations, and progress. Assure program goals, objective, and operations and realistic. Gather and organize information from a variety of sources such as records, computer files, previous studies, and interviews, analyses information to identify issues and isolate problems, develops solutions and measurements of productivity and effectiveness for use by others, develops detailed briefings and reports of findings and recommendations. Write MSS and Employee manual for DOES OTPD; OTPD Digest for December. |
