| Please Describe the Incident Thoroughly | The claimant was on Chestnut street and was going through the intersection to take a left onto 3rd st. As they were pulling onto third st there was a department of public works truck on the side of the road in a stopped position picking up garbage. As the claimant had established themselves in the lane and was continuing straight down the road. The truck attempted to re-enter the lane from their stopped position and that is when the two vehicles collided. |
