I am considering purchasing the property at 1534 Hubbard St. Rear. (Parcel ID 75-H-00056). The water meter and curb box seem to be located extremely far away from the house, at the intersection of Sipe and Hubbard St., in front of 1542 Hubbard St. I would like a map of where the water, sewer and lines run, to ensure that they do not run under someone else's property. Also, I would like to know how old the water and sewer lines are, and when any portion between the house and curb box may have been serviced or replaced. Thank you.
