| Please Describe the Incident Thoroughly | On May 13, 2022, at the corner of Washington Street and County Road, my vehicle his a pot hole that was according to credible sources, a pothole that existed for at least 6 months. As a result of the city's failure to repair the pot hole, my vehicle was badly damaged, and I injured my right hand. The damage to the vehicle included a broken left control arm, and damage to the breaks due the impacts force. My right hand sustained cartilage damage. As an educator, this has caused me to miss work and suffer professionally. |
