***Other Description	We will be doing our 7th annual flag raising, second time at Chelsea Square. There will be a a podium that is tradiitonally provided by Chelsea DPW with sound amplification. We do this in conjunction with Chelsea Prospers. As part of the event after the flag raising we will have music and singing with dancing near the Stebbins water fountain. We will not be closing any city streets nor do we need any city parking spots.
