| Please Describe the Incident Thoroughly | on 3/12/22 the city of chelsea came to repair a meter and do a water shut off. when turning the water back on, it was rushed and not properly pressurized. this caused the main water line on the first and second floor to burst, causing sever damage to various units as well as the office. the office took on water and all electrical got wet. the key fob system is down as well due to water getting into the office |
