Founded in 1978, the Los Angeles Tennis Association (LATA) is a non-profit organization serving the Lesbian, Gay, Bi-Sexual, Transgender, Queer, and Questioning community — We welcome everyone and players of all levels!

LATA strives to provide an inclusive environment for the queer community, hosting tennis leagues, tournaments, clinics and social events throughout the greater Los Angeles Area.

LATA was founded by a small group of LGBT+ players at Plummer Park in 1978. We have since grown to over 400 members, holding events all over LA. We host multiple events at Plummer and Poinsettia courts throughout the year, encouraging community and fun play.

Option 1: Activate a designated space in the footprint of a WeHo Pride event held in the vicinity of West Hollywood Park and San Vicente Blvd. during the weekend of June 3-5, 2022

Two 10’x10’ adjacent spaces. One for a booth to hand out swag, meet prospective members and increase awareness of our organization to the ever-growing tennis community in West Hollywood, and the adjoined space for a tennis serve speed clock interactive game with prizes.
