A LGBTQ + chorus based in Los Angeles. They were founded in 1983 in West Hollywood and have participated in, and performed for numerous organizations in the community, from the Aids Life Cycle closing ceremony to the UCLA women's gymnastic team competition singing the National Anthem.
Mission Statement:
Our quality musicianship, engaging choral performances, and inclusive environment unite LGBTQ and Ally singers to celebrate diversity, inspire equality, and build a community of acceptance.

| Please briefly describe the Organization/Group's connection to LGBTQ Pride |
West Coast Singers was founded in 1983 after being a part of the Great American Yankee Freedom Band. Since then the chorus has been part of Pride by participating in the City of West Hollywood Pride events, in the CSW/LA Pride festivals and parades, among other Pride organizations.

Again the chorus' connection is that they were founded in West Hollywood and rehearsed at the West Hollywood Presbyterian Church for a number of years.

Option 1: Activate a designated space in the footprint of a WeHo Pride event held in the vicinity of West Hollywood Park and San Vicente Blvd. during the weekend of June 3-5, 2022

Having a 10" x 10" foot booth space to recruit new members and pass out information and tell the community about West Coast Singers.
