| Brief Description of Proposed Program/Activity |
Field Day for Richmond Grade School-We will have different sporting activities and games spread out between RGS and Bennett Park. There will be approximately 438 students, 50 teachers and 40 parents spread out between the two. We will start events around 9am and end around 3pm. We will need time to set up and take down equipment as well. School ends at 3:34pm so we should be cleaned up by then!
