| Please Describe the Incident Thoroughly | To whom it may concern, On 2/24/2022 I was dropping my son off at work at Amazon Fresh, at 201 Beacham St. While traveling on Beacham St, I came in contact with numerous potholes in front of the US Post Office at 307 Beacham St. The vehicles front driver side wheel immediately began losing air pressure. This resulted in me changing the tire out and putting on the spare. The vehicle I was driving was a rental from Enterprise in Lynn, MA. I called Enterprise and informed them about the incident and that I had put the spare on. Enterprise informed me to bring the vehicle back so that they could access the damage and provide another vehicle. When I brought the vehicle back to Enterprise in Lynn, myself and the customer service representative noticed that the front drivers side frame behind the wheel was pushed up (underneath the drivers door). This damage resulted in Enterprise placing a claim in through my insurance. Please see the attached photos of the potholes. Also, I have attached a document from Enterprise regarding the claim. I reached out to Enterprise today and the claim is still in the early stages. The vehicle has not been brought to be accessed for what repairs may be needed. I also have requested photos of the damage. Enterprise stated this information can not be released until the body shop has written up a quote.
